The TruckSafe Business Rules, terms and conditions, and the Codes of Conduct govern TruckSafe membership.

When applying for membership the applicant agrees to be bound by these documents.

    By completing and accepting the acknowledgements in the online TruckSafe membership application, and paying the membership fees as and when they fall due, the member agrees to be bound by the:

    key principles of this program of "Safety" and "Professionalism", and

    I

    terms of the Business Rules, and

    I

    Code of Conduct that applies to them, and

    I

    The terms and conditions for membership, and

    I

    TruckSafe SMS components and elements applicable to the SMS they are enrolled in.
