Business rules and codes of conduct
The TruckSafe Business Rules and the Codes of Conduct govern the terms and conditions for certification to the 2024 TS SMS or 2024 SVOD SMS.
When applying for membership the applicant agrees to be bound by these rules.
The Business Rules and Code of Conduct document specifies the requirements for:
Applying to participate in the TruckSafe Safety Management System programs
The terms and conditions for participation in the TruckSafe Safety Management Systems programs
Gaining and maintaining certification to a TruckSafe SMS.
By completing and accepting the acknowledgements in the online TruckSafe membership application, and paying the membership fees as and when they fall due, the member agrees to be bound by the:
key principles of this program of "Safety" and "Professionalism", and
terms of the Business Rules, and
Code of Conduct that applies to them, and
TruckSafe SMS components and elements applicable to their membership.

TruckSafe Auditor Code of Conduct
The TruckSafe Registered Auditor code of conduct is a set of guidelines and principles that outline the expected behavior and ethical standards that a TruckSafe registered auditor commits to abide by while auditing for TruckSafe.
